You don’t need someone to tell you what to do, but you do need support as you take the time to look at your options and to walk through your fears. You need truthful, complete information so you can be proud of your decisions, even a lifetime later. We provide information on all options, in a caring and respectful way. 

Maybe your pregnancy was planned, but you’ve had test results that indicate your baby isn’t healthy or “normal”.

Maybe you’re delighted with your pregnancy, but you need support as a new mom.

Maybe your desired pregnancy ended in a heartbreaking miscarriage.

Or maybe you ended a pregnancy by abortion, but you’re finding it wasn’t the easy way out that everyone told you it would be.

No matter what your situation is, you need to know that you can get through it with dignity and integrity - not just surviving but also becoming a stronger person.

All of the services of First Step Options Centre are free and confidential. We care for anyone regardless of marital status, age, race, or religion.  No judgments are made and no strings are attached.  Our focus is not on the past, but on the future. We are not affiliated with any other organization.

Our staff includes trained volunteers. The information we provide is not intended as a substitute for professional counseling. We are not a medical clinic and do not offer medical advice or services.  We don’t provide abortion referrals.
